Possibly: An ovarian cyst can hurt a lot especially if it is leaking and hormonal changes can cause a discharge. However, anytime you are in severe pain you need to be seen to be certain that nothing serious is the matter. Call your doctor or go to the ER now.

Yes&No: Yes, Ovarian Cysts can hurt really bad. The clear white discharge is unlikely from the ovarian cyst. Likely either vaginal juices or infection. Clear white discharge could be yeast-but that is usually thicker and curd like-Cheese like. Bacterial infections also-but they usually smell pretty foul. Other consideration isPelvic Inflammatory Disease. Should see a Gyn Doctor.
