Phone radiation: There was a report a few years ago stating that phone radiation occurring after prolonged use of a cell phone held against the ear can increase your risk of cancer. I have not seen any further studies to prove this, so I am not convinced that there is evidence based medicine to prove this theory.

Use an ear piece: I don't think anyone really knows. Studies show they are safe, but I think you should use an ear piece. The cell phone industry has not been around long enough to truly know the side effects. Appear safe for regular use.
