Hormonal-induced HA: As previously discussed, headache of any kind, location, characteristics, uni vs bilateral, associated symptoms (nausea, vomiting, flickering lights, almost any neurologic occurrences, etc) could occur from multiple causes. What you are describing is not an unusual accompaniment of menstruation. Other sx can sever lower abdominal cramps, irritability, etc. C gynecologist and/or internist.
