See a doctor: If pain gets worse then go to ER. Without asking other questions or examination, I am unable to say for sure. Nothing is 100% and one can still get pregnant with a tubal. If you have had a tubal ligation then you are at increased risk of tubal(ectopic) pregnancy. Because of the dizziness and flutters you are better off getting checked out sooner than later
