The same as a normal: extraction. Sometimes a root canal treated tooth is harder to extract. Since the blood supply has been gone from the tooth, the tooth tends to get more brittle over time. There should be no pain either way because of the Lidocaine local anesthesia. Take care.

Exactly the same: There is no difference. Once you are anesthetized, you should feel no pain.

Both the same: He pain level is the same. You will be numb and not feel any pain. Sedation is also an option. The root canal does not effect the pain level at all.
