Concern is good: Try to be with people you like and trust. You don't have to do anything much but don't be alone. Help them w/ a chore or just listen to music or see a film. Eat with others, again - it need not be much - but definitely drink water (skip the booze) and lots of it. Consider a therapist to talk to. Objective views can help a lot. It's never easy even after any amount of practice. But we do live on!
