Tension headache?: Pain in the back of the head and the neck is often associated with a tension headache. This is a very common kind of headache. It occurs for days and it affects both sides of the head. People who work at a laptop tend to bend over it, causing the muscles in the back of the head and neck to tire, and the fatigue can result in pain. Sometimes ibuprofen helps these symptoms. Have you tried it?
