Headaches can be: Difficult to diagnose. Do you have pain, upper back or history of headaches or is this new. Are you sleeping at night, ? One possible reason is teeth clinching or grinding at night called bruxism, while flexing back the head. This can increase with stress and become a cycle. Clonazepam at time of sleep can help.
