See below: The first thing to rule in or out is whether you are pregnant or not. If so, see your doctor. If not, the other causes of missing a few periods are excessive exercise, weight loss or gain, stress and other illnesses. At your age, it can also occur for no apparent reason. I recommend that you see your doctor to be examined and discuss this further. They can decide what testing if any, you need.
