In what context?: An hematocrit of 37 is on the low end of normal. Like all lab tests, it is only a part of the picture.(i.e. what is his hemoglobin, what was his medical situation) and like all lab tests that may be questionable, it has to be repeated to make sure that lab error (or variation) is not a factor
