Stomach pain: The remedy depends upon the root cause of his discomfort. If his pain is upper abdomen on the right side, it may be gallbladder pain. If pain is mid-upper abdomen, then it may be acid reflux or ulcer or pancreas pain. If pain is lower abdomen on the right, then appendix pain is possible. Left lower abdominal pain is usually colon. Does he have gas? Does he have acid reflux? Is he constipated?
