Chronic Red Nose: Since you are not reporting any symptoms of chronic rhinitis or runny nose or other facial symptoms, It sounds like it may be a dermatologic condition such as Rosacea or Rhinophyma but it can also be a staph infection, an autoimmune condition, contact dermatitis etc. Please see your doctor for initial eval but you may need to be seen by your dermatologist.
