Possibly: That could the least of her problems. She appears to have a growth hormone deficiency so she should consult an endocrinologist who will recommend growth hormone injections.

ARTHRALGIA KNEES: Painful knees should be evaluated for other anomalies in the cartilage, ligaments and bone defects( osgood- shlatter, chondromalacia patella, slipped capital femoral epiphysis) before concluding it is growing pains.
