At least a month: If your rubella titer is non immune, you should receive a rubella vaccine at least 1 month before you become pregnant. Receiving it too close to your pregnancy may affect your unborn child. There are good guidelines on the CDC website to guide you along. Congratulations for thinking about the safety of your unborn child.
