Tic: These pattern behaviors can be signs of a tic disorder.These can be a transient process lasting up to 6 mo or a more long lasting process lasting years.There is some family influence (inheritance) and may be a triggering event (infectious process).I would have the kid seen by a pediatrician,developmental peds or child neurologist.These can be hard to sort out early and worsen over time.
