Body fast: You really need to see a doctor who has interest in weight loss. This is complex. There is no quick fix. You need to work the process your whole life.

High reps, low weigh: To tone muscle, lift light weight. Several times(reps). Toning will not increase strength, but will tighten the muscle. High weight to fatigue will increase bulk and strength. Also continuous exercise for twenty minutes or more will burn fat as an engery source and help tone. Less than 20 minutes will only burn sugar, and increas hunger.
