Freezing cold swollen numb & painful to touch temporarily paralyzed & bruised coloured wrist & no injury. docs have seen it and say its just my fibro?

CTS/ other Dx: It doesn't sound like fibromyalgia from your description. Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. You may need nerve conduction velocity/electromyogram studies to rule out peripheral neuropathy and imaging like an xray for a start and labwork. It may be carpal tunnel syndrome whicg is often associated with fibromyalgia. Try wearing a splint on your wrist to restrict repetitive flexion/extension.

Cold wrist: Fibromyalgia should not cause these symptoms. Get it checked out. Take a second opinion and examination
