Not unusual: If your baby is pressing on your bladder, some urine can leak out. If you were leaking amniotic fluid, it would continue to leak as you get up and move around. Smell can help but if you are unsure, call your doctor/midwife to be evaluated. Congrats on your upcoming baby!

Not uncommon: This late in pregnancy the uterus will create significant pressure on the bladder causing frequency. In the middle of the night, you may not wake soon enough to get to the bathroom. You should be mindful of urinary tract infection symptoms though like progressive urinary frequency, pain during urination, blood in your urine, fever or backache. If you have these symptoms seek help from your OB.
