six mo. old's urine smells strongly- just being near her- of vitamins, is this normal? urine is clear, she drinks and wets a lot, no fever.

Probably normal: If she is taking vitamins it can cause a strong odor and color to urine but I would suggest having her provider check a urinalysis and culture just to be sure. Continue to keep her well hydrated as well.
