Hi i get a dull ache in the right corner of my chest mainly on the breast bit. it comes and goes through the day.

Possibly muscular: Dull aches in different parts of body including chest are generally related to muscle fatigue or overworked joints. For chest region it may also be due to costo-chondritis, an inflammation of the ribs that attach to cartilage. If u don't get better after ~ 1 wk of treatment with anti-inflmmatory agents like Ibuprofen, pl see your doctor to rule out other causes, including anxiety which can mimic.
