I have a bite on my inner knee don't know if it's a spider or what how can i release pressure and help it heal faster i've tried hot and cold compres?

Skin infection: Increased pressure, pain, or redness could be a skin infection. A skin infection will not get better on it's own. I suggest you see your doctor for confirmation and antibiotics.
