As a dancer: YOU NEED HEALTHY KNEES! ,...and it sounds to me like you may have INTERNAL DERANGEMENT of one or both of your needs( Cartilage damage) SEE A BOARD CERTIFIED ORTHOPEDIST for an examination , possible MRI studies and GOOD LUCK! Hope this helps! Dr Z
