Recurrent Chest Pain: A typical chest pain due to CAD described as " pressure or heaviness, left side or under sternum, mild, moderate or severe, radiates to left UE or Jaw, usually brought by physical exertion and lasted about 5 to 15 minutes, resolved with rest or ASA, O2, Nitro or Morphine".
