A member asked:

This may be odd, but is there a way to reduce the flow of a period without using the pill? more natural way?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise: Exercise can help reduce the flow of menses. Also non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen can be helpful. Talk to your doctor about an appropriate dosage for you to try if you are interested. Eating well with many veggies and lean protein is always helpful in feeling your best too.
