Yes, see your doctor: Large painful pimples could either be related to cystic acne or other bacterial infection and may respond to antibiotics. Avoid picking at pustules, avoid leaning on your jaw or putting pressure from phone, etc. against your face. Warm compresses may help them heal quicker.
