Remove it: Cover it with liquid soap or lotion for a few minutes, then grip it and twist it to remove it completely. You can go to the hospital and they can remove it.

See below: If you can't get it out, have someone else. If they can't, see a physician. A deer tick needs at least 48 hours embedded to transmit any disease like lyme, this the sooner you get it out, the better.
