Should i be worried or go to a hospital? i'm ten weeks pregnant and having pain in my upper stomach. i have a history of miscarriage and have been put on prenatal plus.

Hello. : Hello. Whether you are pregnant or not, if you develop severe abdominal pain, that should be evaluated. However, it is not being described as severe pain. Upper abdominal pain isn't particularly characteristic for a miscarriage. I recommend that you give your obstetrician's office a call this morning and advise of the symptoms. They will likely ask you some additional questions before determining if you should come in to be examined or not. Take care.
