Is a progesterone level of 7.7 bad?

Depends: The progesterone level changes thru the cycle so a level can be normal at one time and abnormal at another

Not bad or good: A progesterone level of 7.7 - anything over about 1.5 - means only one thing, which is that ovulation has occurred. There really aren't "good" and "bad" progesterone.
