See a Doc: If dipstick & labs ( do you mean microscopic urine analysis) are normal then what do you mean by terminal hematuria?. Combination of diarrhea with gross or microscopic hematuria especially with some other symptoms such as skin rash, arthritis or blood in the stool and history of travel needs evaluation & management. My suggestion you should talk to your GP.
