Multiple minute anechoic cysts in the right ovary largest measure 5.9mm and anechoic cyst on left measures 22.3mmx13.1mmx15mm, shud i worry?

No: Do not worry about anechoic cysts in the ovary that are less than 3 cms. they can be follicular cysts that will resolve on their own. Anechoic cysts between 3 to 5 cmd are also most likely normal. they should be followed with another ultrasound in 3 to 6 months.
