See a doctor: you might want to apply ophthalmic antibiotic cream but the requires a prescription so it is safer to go and see a doctor do not ignore it infection around the eye could turn serious

Need to be seen: It may be an allergic reaction to the neosporin as some estimate 1/3 of people develop a neosporin allergy, but if it is a spreading infection you will need treatment right away. Your provider should be able to tell the difference.
