Varies: It can take days to weeks for a miscarriage to be complete.You have three options- watchful waiting, taking medication that can induce the miscarriage sooner or having a surgical procedure to remove the pregnancy, either an aspiration or a D&C.Waiting is not a bad option but see your provider if you have fever, foul discharge or very heavy bleeding, more than a pad an hour for >2 hours.Very sorry.
