could my arteries rupture if my bp gets too high? have prob. that makes bp super high after small things and pulse gets super strong in neck

Not very likely: You are young and presumably healthy. Arteries don't just rupture even with very high blood pressure unless they are diseased. Highly unlikely at your age. It does sound like you might benefit from some counseling or perhaps some biofeedback training to help control these exaggerated responses that you have.
