A member asked:

After doing pushups, is my bp the same in my arm as in my neck? feel massive pulse in neck after pushups, the arteries can take it right?

Never take a bp: in the neck. Are you talking about your pulse. Your pulse will be the same at any place in the body you take it. Pulse is often stronger with and upon stopping exercise. Yuor blood vessels are strong enough to handle it.
