Seek care: If they are still perforated and you have pain. Never a good idea to self medicate , especially since don't know what the drops are!

Middle ear fluid: It depends on how big the perforations are and if the water will easily drain back out of the middle ear or be trapped and get infected. You can use the antibiotic ear drops if they are not older than 3 months just for a couple of days until you see your doctor for an exam. I would also recommend consulting with ENT for repair of the perforations and learning how to keep your ears dry.

Water in ears.: Try turning your head and keeping one ear down so that it faces the ground for about 5 minutes. Then do the same thing with the other ear. If it still bothers you, you need to see your doctor.

Ear infections: It is not advisable to go swimming until eardrum perforations are healed. See your doctor before putting any drops in your ear if the drums are still perforated. You may require placement of small tubes (tympanoplasty) if water entered behind the eardrum.
