I took 4 paracetamol 500mg together by accident i was half asleep and took 2 and fell asleep and woke up and took 2 more about 10 minutes apart?

Overdose: No permanent harm done. You probably had a good sleep

Paracetamol: This is not a toxic dose. You do not require ER visit.

You will be ok: This is a hefty dose but not significantly toxic at this cumulative dose. Feel better and be more careful! ( I did something like that once myself with a different medication. It was not good. I learned my lesson to be more vigilant and pay closer attention when taking any medications)
