Depends: Do you have an open fever blister on your mouth that is open? Did you touch the opening to your penis? If not, probably not. If so, and you had an open sore, maybe. Wash hands from now on after touching mouth or penis and , relax, and wait and see. Herpes has to be transmitted while wet usually and dries fast in open air. But it also can't burrow through cloth. But nothing is 100%.
