Uterine cancer: No - according to current knowledge it does not; which is in contrast to breast cancer and ovarian cancer in first degree relatives, that is, mother, maternal grandmother, maternal aunt, sister, which increases a woman's risk for both, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

Uterine ca: Hi, the only kind of genetic Uterine cancer I'm aware of is in the case of hereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer (HNPCC) which increases the risk of Uterine ca 10 times. This is familial cancer trait.
