Difficult to say ..: As I would like to help you but there just isn't enough detail for me to be able to better identify what is going on. Nausea, loss of appetite and abdominal can be a signs of many different things. Without more information about your past history, what may have preceeded the development of your symptoms, the nature of the pain the best I can suggest is seeking an in-person evaluation by a doctor
