Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor that by inhibiting the production of estrogen causes a spike in the pituitary hormones (LH & FSH) that drive ovulation, and doing so can cause ovulation in women for whom ovulation is not occurring normally. It's not guaranteed to achieve pregnancy with, but the odds go up. Good luck!
