after vag. sex last night i have been having extreme pain in lower ab/anus. pain continues today. i can barely walk/pee/pass gas. what do i do/have?

Go to ED: This sounds like a serious problem. You should not be having this kind of pain. Please go to the Emergency department or to an urgent care to be seen immediately.

Vaginal sex: Hi, please go to ur nearest emergency for further evaluation, not be able to pass gas makes me worried, your symptoms could be completely unrelated to having sex, but needs evaluation. Feel better soon.
