Iud: Are you asking if it is possible to get pregnant with an IUD then yes you can. If you are asking if you can carry a pregnancy to full term while having the IUD in place then the answer is also - yes it is possible but once you find out you are pregnant you need to have it removed as it may cause issues with the pregnancy as you progress.
