Normal: What happens is depending on your position(as in standing, seated or other) and your anatomy(as in how your vaginal vault and vaginal opening) are oriented you may have blood "pool" in the vaginal vault. The changing position may subsequently allow for that "pooled" blood to then be expelled. This a very common phenomenon that women report with their periods. Hope this helps.
