See doctor: Usually when lymph nodes swell and are tender there is an infection that needs to be treated. See a doctor for exam and proper treatment.

See doctor: All your symptoms suggest that lymph nodes may be pressing on nerves and making finger tips sensitive and may be more lymph nodes are enlarged and causing pain in chest, back . See your doctor: Swelling of the axillary (arm pit), lymph nodes could signify an infection either in the arm pits themselves or the surrounding areas. I see you are taking glucophage, (metformin) diabetes can make you more susceptible to infection. I suggest you see your doctor.
