Viral/ strep: A viral syndrome/ strep throat, among others may be the cause. If symptoms persist, high fever, deep cough, etc please see your doc. Maintain good hydration, rest, acetaminophen for fever otherwise.

Pharyngitis: Likely diagnosis,viral pharyngitis,drink a lot of fluids,and ibuprofen ,in moderation,rest.if after week ,seek medical attention,see your doctor.
