Watchful waiting: First, stop the MOTILIUM. It could cause serious side effects. If there is no fever or headaches associated with the vomiting relax and try to stay calm. Give plenty of fluids to drink if he is able to do so. If there is no diarrhea, this could be just a simple gastritis. Vomiting is a very nonspecific sign, so you need to be alert to any worsening of symptoms.

Keep him hydrated: please give him fluids and pedialyt SLOWLY , sip by sip slowly to prevent dehydration if vomiting will persist please go to Emergency Room
