Oraquik test: Sensitivity is about 92% and specificity is above 99%. Hence you can have a false negative in every 12 to 13 test. Hence if suspicion is high a negative test needs further testing. A positive test while not absolute has very high probability of accuracy. This home test has very high probality of predicting HIV if the test is positive. Its ability to exclude HIV is lower.
