Light affects our brain in many ways.: This may be a condition of an ocular migraine. Some light situations cause neural irritability and even seizures. Without the cash for neurologic or ophthalmologic evaluation you're stuck with trying things to protect your eyes. You might try quality sunglasses with a good ultraviolet coating. Some medications called beta blockers can be helpful to prevent symptoms but, unfortunately, you need to be seen by a physician.
