I got but by a flea. and it itched real bad so i found something to itch it with. but it doesn't look like a normal flea bite anymore.

Bite: You have been scratching it with a foreign body of course it doesn't look like a bite anymore. If it is looking infected see a doctor. If you scratched until it bleed and scabbed then for heavens sake leave it alone.
