Bad Food: If you think you ate bad food usually nothing will happen as our stomachs are pretty strong and acidic and it takes a big innoculum of bacteria or toxins to cause problems. And most of the time the food was not bad. If it truly was spoiled and you got a big enough dose then you will have classic symptoms of food poisoning: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, chills, weakness.
